Majorly we provide 30 Days AMC Support post delivery on technical projects and 12 Months
AMC Support on Static or Mini Dynamic Websites/ Projects. In any of the case- AMC doesn't cover
any sort of new designing and development. The AMC support assures stress free technical support
for any issues comes up on the website post going live.
Majorly AMC covers: content replacement, any of the modules isn't working, eg: contact
us inquiries forms, website is technically showing issues on Smartphone Mobile.
For any other development changes- we reserve rights to request for additional payment on mutual understanding.
As per our organisation policy, we handover the entire source codes/database to our clients post going live.
We don't retain our clients while stopping source codes, but the service. Before handing over the source codes,
our accounting team will communicate if any dues are pending. If any case dues are pending, we'll request for
the clearance and within 24 hours- we make sure you get the entire source codes.
We may use own website link in footer of website unless client specifically ask to not use it.
If client has its own server and website gets hacked due to any reason- we will not take any
responsibility. Alternatively, if server gets hosted by us- we are indeed responsible to support.
For any monetary disaster- we always recommend our clients to buy SSL certificate if any financial
transactions are involved.
